Chandler Horsley — Founder & CEO
Chandler founded LMP as a result of his frustration with the inefficiencies of existing lead markets. As a veteran of online lead generation he knows first hand how difficult it is to properly value leads from and allocate budget to the various suppliers. He observes that in the existing market buyers’ and sellers’ interests are often misaligned and that significant incentives exist for suppliers to sacrifice quality in favor of additional production (i.e. produce more leads rather than better leads). His vision is to create an online markeplace where downside risk for buyers is significantly reduced while at the same time providing upside potential for suppliers that deliver quality. Prior to founding Lead Media Partners, Chandler spent 3 years as COO of an education lead generation company.
Alan Whitaker — Founder & CTO
Alan is passionate about creating technologies that help organizations achieve operating efficiency through recognizing and rewarding value. Prior to founding LMP Alan served as the CTO of a major division of a Fortune 500 company, where he led technical efforts to create platforms that support millions of transactions per day and performance-based pricing and compensation. He has participated in the power of alignment and value recognition in a variety of global enterprises and is excited to be involved in bringing those efficiencies to the online advertising industry.
